Howto connect to VPN on Apple iPhone/iPad

• In iPhone/iPad open this link (is needed Safari):
  Configuration file for Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad)
• select install
• put username and password for VPN
• after finish, you go to menu "Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings" and enable certificate verify on both certificates
• you can connect to VPN via VPN button in main menu

This steps should works on iOS 10,11 and 12.

I recall that it is possible to use only one user account in one time on one device. If is needed vpn on multiple devices, then please send email to support for create additional accounts.

Troubleshooting

If you put wrong username or password, then you must remove configuration profile and add again.
Settings → General → Profiles → delete profile
