Migration process of email server follows:

• Everyone must change password to new email system according to manual
• Everyone must add new account to MS Outlook./thunderbird
• New server will be connected in the night(all users will be informed in advance)
• After recconecting, all users must set new email server as default account
• Old email server will be available after reconnecting to new email server(but keep in mind: Do not send email via old email server)
• Old Webmail with adress "webmail.metransrail.eu" will be still alive for certain time.
• After few weeks, old server will be disconnected.
• Who will miss some settings, or will have some problems, there is still access to new emails via Webmail at adress: https://kc.metransrail.eu
